Q: How do I change currency?
A: To change currency, simply click on the flag icon on the top right corner of the website and select your country. It is now defaulted to British Pound and you can change it into US Dollar or Euro.

Q: Can the prices change after I have placed my order?
A: No. Once you have placed your order and you have received an email confirmation, the price is guaranteed

Q: Is it safe to send my debit/credit card details over the web?
A: Yes. We encrypt your payment card details using industry standard SSL technology to ensure they are completely safe. About the security problem, you can check more details in the Privacy Policy.

Q: My order has not arrived on the expected delivery date, what should I do?
A: If your order has not arrived when expected, please contact ZMNM through any of those e-mails listed below and our service people will track your order and assist you with your query.

Q: Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses for security reasons.

Q: Does ZMNM ship to multiple addresses?
A: Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders or wholesale, please contact sales@zmnm.com, service@zmnm.com or info@zmnm.comfor assistance.

Q: Which courier service do you use and how long is your delivery time?
A: We are using world express service. However, it may require different shipping times according to your location, because we are an international company and have various warehouses and manufacturers which are located in different countries around the world. We offer an express day delivery which costs slightly more than the standard delivery. Normally you will receive your order around 5-7 working days of dispatch. Some customized products (e.g. handmade paintings) will need more time for special painting. It normally takes 10-15 working days. See Shipping & Delivery for detail.

Q: If I don’t like the item can I return it? / How can I exchange a faulty item?
A: Items can be returned to us for whatever reason within 14 days after dispatching from us. They must be in their original packaging and brand new (customized products such as handmade paintings are not included). However the customer is responsible for postage costs and the refund may take up to 10 working days to your account. Please refer to Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges.

Q: What forms of payment does Zmnm.com accept?
A: The following forms of payment are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Switch. More payment methods will be accepted in short future.

Q: Is there a large discount code for wholesaler?
