Shipping & Delivery
It is always our intention to complete orders as quickly as possible, and to provide the most efficient and cost effective delivery method. Delivery charges are the same throughout the site, No matter how many goods you order, we only charge you £6.00/€8.00/$10.00 at one time.
When comparing costs of products, please consider the total price including postage and packing rather than looking for offers of 'free delivery' or flat rate charges. Please also remember that the price of packing is included within delivery charges.
We will always try to deliver your order as quickly as possible, or on a specific date if required. However, please be aware that this is never guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible if an order does not arrive on time. If you are not generally at home during the day please consider having your order sent to an alternative address such as a neighbour's, or your place of work.
It may require different shipping times according to your location, because we are an international company and have various warehouses and manufacturers which are located in different countries around the world. Our standard delivery service usually arrives between 5-7 working days. However, sometimes deliveries may take longer during busy periods. Besides, ZMNM.com is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Some customized products (e.g. handmade paintings) will need more time for special painting. It normally takes 10-15 days.
In the event of an item being returned to ZMNM.com as the result of the carrier being unable to deliver we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. You will be liable for any re-delivery costs due, if the mistake was caused by the wrong shipping address you filled in your order. If you decide to cancel your order, the original delivery charge (which means the £6.00/€8.00/$10.00 you should pay for delivery) will be deducted from the refund even if the item(s) qualified for free delivery.
Deliver prices are quoted for UK, USA and most Europe countries. If you want a large quantity of our products such as over 20 pieces, please contact us for the exact delivery charges. If you can do this by email to service@zmnm.com or info@zmnm.com and provide a delivery postcode (or location if no postcode is available) along with the product you are interested in, we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
