Returns & Exchanges

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time before goods are dispatched. If we got your requirements after we have packed your parcel completely. We are afraid that £3 will be deducted as packaging fee.

Returns and Exchanges:

If you wish to return or exchange any goods you may do so within 7 days after you have signed for your parcel. Please contact us by email before returning or exchange any items. Our goods are stored in numerous warehouses all over the world, so we need to give you the correct address before you send anything back. We will also issue you with a returns number. This will enable us to deal with your return efficiently. Goods must be returned unused and in a saleable condition. Upon safe receipt of the returned item we will either issue you with a refund or send out an alternative item, depending on your requirements. 
The cost of returning goods shall be borne by you, and any refunds will be minus the original delivery charges. Where an item is sold with delivery included in the price any refund due will be minus a charge for initial outward delivery. This will be equal to the amount paid by ZMNM.com for delivery to you, which means the £6.00/€8.00/$10.00 you should pay for delivery by now. And please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to reach your account.

Please return any items via an insured and traceable service as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged in the postal/courier system. Please also ensure that the value of the goods is covered by the service used.

The following items can NOT be returned for a refund:

Any items that have been used;
Any items missing the original packaging;
Any items which were ON SALE when you bought it.

Handmade Paintings:

Each authorized refund should minus a 30% re-stoking charge for all handmade paintings except shipping & handling charges.

Faulty items:
